Kicking Ass Boot Camp

High Intensity workouts to get your heart pumping and your muscles cranking while learning to strike!

Small group sessions that are designed to work every major muscle group, plus stamina & conditioning training that train your body and mind in the art of self protection and ass kicking!.

Self-Defense

After each boot camp, cool down while learning how to defend yourself and be prepared for our insane world we live in by learning simple and effective ways to protect your precious life!

Self-Defense Weekend Intensives!

Each summer, I try to offer a few seminars on how to think defensively and -if ever necessary- how to engage offensively for you own protection & survival.

Booster classes are available over Fall, Winter, & Spring Break for all graduates.
